Senior Student Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Student Advisor to join our team and carry out the process of counselling the students for various foreign universities according to their interest and potential.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the skills, interests and career goals of the students.
  •  Counselling the students for overseas education.
  •  Taking care of the follow-ups.
  • Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).
  •  Coordinating with students and universities abroad.
  •  Coordinating with different teams for application processing.
  • Attending the university training and workshops.
  •  Maintaining accurate records of the students counselled.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in overseas counselling.
  • Graduation in any specialization.
  •  Must have excellent communication skills.

Tele advisor

We are looking for a Tele advisor to join our team to carry out the task of calling our potential clients and clearing their queries over the telephone.
Basic training will be provided.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Calling potential clients and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their needs.
  •  Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Timely follow ups with the potential Leads.

Qualifications:

  •  12th pass.
  • Must have good communication skills.
